Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 5 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. A tracking number must be provided for any returns. If products are not returned in their original condition they will not be eligible for a refund.

Customized products such as Address Labels, mugs with a custom name, etc. can NOT be returned for a refund.

Preorder items can NOT be returned for a refund.
