Shipping

Do you ship internationally? Where are you located?

Yes, we do! We are in Portugal.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart. Once the total reaches a certain weight, shipping will increase to the next ''level''.

Stickers are considered a 0 weight product, so add as many as you want without increasing shipping!

Where is my tracking number?

A tracking number will be provided if you purchase a tracked postage option at checkout. 

If you choose the standard shipping method you will NOT get a tracking number. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. 

We will not be held responsible for any lost mail sent via standard shipping.

My friend and I ordered the same items, but paid different shipping costs. Why?

Our post offices have different prices within Portugal, Europe and the rest of the world. If you and your friend live in different continets, you may experience some shipping differences.

When will you ship my order?

We always ship orders as soon as we can. 

During sale periods, please allow up to two weeks processing time.

Once my order has been shipped, how long will it take to arrive?

During the corona virus outbreak mail deliveries can take UP TO 8 WEEKS.

This is out of our control.

In a standard situation, your order should be with you within 4 weeks.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Depending on your location you may need to pay fees or taxes. These are a customer's responsibility to pay. 

We recommend checking with your local customs office directly before placing an order.

My tracking number does not show any results. What can I do?

Please allow a couple days for the tracking number to enter the system. If you still encounter any issues after that, email us so we can try to help.

Orders

Are there any coupon codes?

Coupon codes are usually announced on our Instagram and Facebook. Ocasionally, we might put them on the announcement bar at the top of the page!

My order was sent to the wrong address, what can I do?

We are not responsible for any wrong addresses entered by buyers.

If you notice a mistake in your address message us as soon as possible so we can try to fix it.

If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it.

My order arrived and something is missing / wrong or damaged.

If you received your order and an item is missing, wrong or damaged, please email us. You may be asked to provide pictures.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We do not accept cancellations or changes at the moment.

Will you combine my orders?

Due to possible customs fees we never combine orders without a request from the customer. 

If both your orders are still unpacked, we may combine them for you.

During sale periods no orders can be combined.

Do you accept custom orders?

Currently not. However, you are always welcome to send us ideas / suggestions!

Why is my cart value different than at checkout?

You can select your preferred currency from the drop list while browsing the shop. However, your checkour will always be in Euro (€) since that is the shops currency.

Others

Can I resell your products?

All our designs are exclusive and you are encouraged NOT to.

This includes reselling our washi as samples, sticker packs, etc.
