We currently do not accept cancellations. 


Returns, exchanges or damaged products

  • According to the European law, customers have 15 days to return a product. 

That being said, you have 15 days to return products after receiving your order, and 30 days to send them back. Products must be unopened and in mint condition. You will be required to provide a tracking number for the returned goods, and return shipping costs are paid by the customer. No refunds will be provided until the products are received and confirmed to be in perfect condition. 

Custom items (such as address labels) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If you have an issue with a damaged item please email us. You will be required to send pictures, and after looking over your case, we might contact you to suggest a refund or a resend of the faulty product. You will not be responsible for shipping costs in this situation.

Changing order details / Combining orders

Orders are shipped to provided address at checkout. We are not responsible for wrong addresses, so make sure you have the right one. If you notice any mistakes on your address you should email us immediately. If your order has already been packed there may be additional costs.

If your order has already been sent out we are unable to offer a solution.

Customs and import duties

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or any other post requirements issued by your country. Any charges must be paid by the buyer. Please check your local regulations and import laws before placing an order.

Reselling and Artwork

All our designs are unique, created by Bruna and to be used exclusively by BrithzyCrafts. All items and designs are for personal use only, and are not to be copied, modified, resold or redistributed without permission.

Do not resell our products in a way that might reflect negatively in our shop. This includes reselling our washi as samples, sticker packs, and others. If you want to become a licensed reseller of our products, email us.
